Torzon Market maintains a strict compartmentalized support infrastructure. All communications regarding account recovery, vendor applications, or dispute mediation must be transmitted via authorized channels. We utilize 4096-bit RSA encryption for all external communications.
Note: Support staff will never ask for your mnemonic phrase, private keys, or PIN code. Verify all PGP signatures against the key provided below.
General Support
For access issues, registration problems, and general inquiries. Messages encrypted with PGP are prioritized.
Dispute Resolution
Order disputes and escrow mediation are handled exclusively through the internal ticket system. Login to create a ticket.
Requires Authentication

Vendor & Security
For vendor bond inquiries and bug bounty submissions. Unencrypted messages to this channel are automatically discarded.
